Reference : World Health Organisation...... 10th October is celebrated every year to create a platform where a theme is given related to the mental illnesses and focus is given globally to reach out to fulfil those aims.
OUR MINDS OUR RIGHT.......World Mental Health Day 2023 is an opportunity for people and communities to unite behind the theme "Mental health is a universal human right'. We must strengthen mental health care so that the full spectrum of mental health needs is met through a community-based network of accessible, affordable and quality service and supports.
STIGMA AND DISCRIMINATION continue to be a barrier to social inclusion and access to the right care. We can all play our parts IN INCREASING AWARENESS about which preventive mental health ,interventional work and World Mental Health Day is an opportunity to do that collectively.
